About This Dog for Adoption

Gloria's ideal home

Gloria can live with other dogs but need an adult only environment due to her nervous nature. we have no history for her so cannot be sure that she is house trained or used to being left by herself at all. Gloria has some skin issues and is underweight.

Could you be Gloria's perfect match?

Gloria arrived at our centre after being abandoned and the poor girl was understandably very afraid. A few days of TLC has gone a long way with her and although she's still very nervous of new people, she has formed a lovely bond with her carers. Glo really comes out of her shell when she's around other dogs and is so much more comfortable when in their company. She plays nicely off lead with them and does little zoomies when she's with her fave friends! We haven't seen any interest in toys from Gloria, but this is probably down to her being so worried. We hope she'll be able to learn all about play when she's with her new family. Gloria is still very unsure about meeting new people and it may take her adopters a while and a few visits before she can go home with them. Once home, any introductions to other people will need to be managed at the same slow and steady pace, so that Gloria isn't set up for failure.
