Malcolm's ideal home

Malcolm is a super friendly 1yr old Bulldog who was found as a stray recently in a terrible state. He had a very painful skin condition which we've since treated and he's healed up really well. He's now ready to find his forever home! He'll be fine with older kids who are confident around very bouncy dogs. He's sociable with other dogs but sadly has the manners of a wrecking ball, so many dogs won't appreciate this! He'll need to be the only pet in his home for now while he continues to learn some manners! A secure garden with high fence will be needed as he loves to play off-lead.

If you are looking for a proper barrel of laughs then Malcolm will be right up your street! He's full of cheeky Bully personality and loves people. He likes to say hello to literally everyone! He's playful with his toys and super smart too. He's learned lot of cute tricks with us and being very foody we know he'd love to learn more. He'll need his new family to spend a little time settling him into a good routine but we think that in an active home with people who plan to do lots with him he will really flourish.

Bulldog Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a English Bulldog.

View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
