Hustle's ideal home

Meet Hustle! She is a 3 year old Bulldog Crossbreed with heaps of personality to go along with her amazing looks! Hustle has little known history but we have been spending lots o f time getting to know her since she arrived at Dogs Trust! Due to her lack of history, Hustle can only live in an adult only home, or a home where all of the children are aged 14+. Hustle has interacted with the other dogs at the Centre and has enjoyed playtime with them! However, she can be quite bouncy and due to her stronger build she can be a bit much for our calmer dogs. Therefore, she will need to have a meet with any dogs in her potential home before adoption to ensure they're a good match. Hustle is a super friendly girl and loves to meet new people, especially if they give her lots of back scratches! Her adopters should be able to be at home with her to begin with, and then once she is settled leaving time can be built up. A secure outdoor space would be great for Hustle to get out for a potter during the day.

Could you be Hustle's perfect match?

Hustle has made quite an impression since joining us here at the Centre! The Staff are smitten with her and her funny ways. Hustle loves to play with toys, and she is a joy to watch as she prances around with them! She is also a big fan of her food, but we are working hard to help her lose a few kilograms to get her down to a healthy weight. We don't think this will take too long as Hustle enjoys getting out and about for brisk walks every day, and she will happily jump in the car to go on walks in exciting new places! If you are interested in adopting Hustle, or a dog like Hustle, please complete an adoption application and include her as a 'Favourite' dog. Thank you!

Bulldog Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a English Bulldog.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
